In 2023, I worked alongside the fabulous Mercato team to bring their latest campaign, DreaMMers, alive, through powerful social storytelling on Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok, handling content creation, community management, and paid ads.

THE BRIEF:

Build awareness and encourage entrepreneurs across London to apply to the DreaMM campaign.

Increase engagement and reach through organic content, bringing the story of Mercato Metropolitano to life by working with those who make the market so great - its vendors.

THE STRATEGY:

Use real stories and real people through engaging, high-quality video content to convey the campaigns’ mission and values.

Align organic social with paid social and PR campaigns to ensure a 360 approach and keep messaging consistent.

THE RESULTS:

In the first month of working with Mercato Metropolitano, we saw a":

  • 256% increase in engagement
